Mentoring

Titus 2:4-5 That way they can mentor young women to love their husbands and children, and to be sensible, morally pure, working at home, kind and submissive to their own husbands, so that God’s word won’t be ridiculed.

The purpose of A Closer Walk is to encourage your walk with the Lord. One way to do that is in a mentoring setting. Many women don’t have an older woman in their life to encourage them in their walk with the Lord, the way it is recommended in Titus 2.

Several older women throughout my life, have encouraged me, prayed for me and showed me how to be a Christian wife, mother and warrior for the Lord. I have also had the wonderful opportunity to be involved with mentoring younger women. Even though I don’t consider myself ‘older,’ I love to encourage women of all ages. I would love to encourage you to move closer to the Lord, take the next step He has for you and pray for you.

How it works:

I offer to meet with you, once a week for six weeks, free of charge, to encourage you in applying God’s Word to your life in practical ways. We can meet in person, skype, phone, email or text.

You desire to grow in your walk with God and are willing to invest time and effort towards reading and applying His Word.
